BILL OF RIGHTS

The Bill of Rights is about you. It's about a commitment, our commitment to you. We believe that there's nothing more important than your well being. With that in mind, we put in writing our commitment to you. It is our sincere intention to serve your Real Estate needs now, and in the future. We intend to deliver the kind of service that makes you feel secure in your decision to use our services both now, and for life! Thank You.

  1. We will furnish the prospect with information about our area, including relocation packages, and any other information upon request.

  2. We will enter into an exclusive agency agreement, which includes the fiduciary duties of loyalty, confidentiality, disclosure, and due care, and which makes the buyer our Client, not just a customer. In the event of dual agency, we will work diligently for all parties to bring the sale, and purchase, to an agreeable, fair closure.

  3. We will furnish our Client with the names of Loan Officers, upon request, to help get the Client pre-approved for the funds needed to purchase their new home.

  4. We will make the time to work with and show homes to our Client.

  5. We will not charge the Client/prospect a retainer fee for our services.

  6. We agree to make every home currently for sale in our area, and which meets the Clients' needs and financial abilities available for inspection, regardless of listing agency.

  7. We will give the Client a Comparable Market Analysis for any homes that they may choose, before any offer to purchase is made, to help the Client determine a fair price to offer.

  8. We will help the Client negotiate the best price for the desired home.

  9. We will help the Client choose a reputable title company to process the escrow

  10. We will help the Client through every phase of the purchasing process, and work diligently to help meet all deadlines on time.

  11. We will help the Client choose a reputable home inspector, and be present for the inspection

  12. We will help the Client choose a reputable company for the wood infestation inspection, and be present for the inspection.

  13. We will assist the Client with, and be present at the Close of Escrow.

This Is Our Guarantee To You
